It's Never a Bad Time to Fall in Love (Especially with a Good Book!)
One thing I love about this collection (one of many) is that it focuses on the seasons and allows readers, if they choose, to just read one per season for a fun year of sweet books. That's a brilliant idea, and I really wish I had the self-control to pull it off. I'll try... but I think we all know I'm going to fail. I'll inhale the books one after the other, as any rational voracious reader would.
Chatting with the authors of Love in Any Season gave insight into each of their novellas but also into the dynamic of their friendship, the creative process, and even... their other books!
And really, that's what is so great about collections. You get to sample a lot of different writing styles and story ideas in one volume AND without committing to long novels to do it.

Helping Beth and her mother stabilize the finances of the business, they’re forced to work together.
